The staff went out of their way, offering us a comfortable room and a wonderful view. Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of delicious options, perfect for fueling our family adventures. The location is ideal, just a short stroll to the beach, great for our baby.
My wife says that more high chairs would be helpful for families.

The place is very cute and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the recommendation to explore castle drogo and the teign river walk. Stopping for a crab salad and cider at fingle bridge inn was a highlight!

Fine views over the beach from the room. The decor features fresh flowers, unique artwork, and a relaxing lounge area with a great selection of books to unwind.
The shower had inconsistent temperatures that went from scalding to cold. The absence of toiletries was a bit odd, and I found the step between the bedroom and bathroom tricky, which caught me off guard a couple of times. It would have been nice to have fresher milk for tea. The small flask had a strange smell in the morning, which didn't inspire confidence.

Couple seeking cozy retreat
We stayed in a lovely double room overlooking the sea with views so fine it. The breakfast was an absolute delight, with choices like 'Eggs Royal' that I didn't think I'd ever find in a guesthouse, each dish crafted to perfection.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still felt worth it for what we got.

The Bay View offers an amazing location with stunning views, and the staff's friendliness makes it feel special. The bed was uncomfortable, and not having toiletries readily available was a bit odd. A good experience worth considering for future visits.
